Week 4/5

The last couple weeks has still been good, despite some challenges. Due to work and travel schedules, I have been completely unable to get to the gym at all. The one thing that I am doing to adapt to this challenge is to make sure that my diet is on point and dialed in, and so it has been. As a result I have continued to lose weight despite not being able to work out as often as I would like to. We are looking into some home based workout solutions to get training on track. My energy level is good and the workouts I do have when I am able to get there, are good. - Greg
