Jason is a Canfitpro certified personal trainer with TRX training and is CPR/first aid certified.
His specialties include weight loss, powerlifting and the ability to build lean strong muscle mass through strength conditioning and nutritional support.
Jason's personal fitness journey began four years ago. He decided to join a gym and realized that health and fitness was his passion. He quickly transitioned into a new career as a personal trainer and excelled with his dedication to his new calling.
Through new connections and relationships he discovered powerlifting where the friendship and competition of the sport further motivated him on his fitness journey. Jason started with a 160 Lbs body weight and after four years of dedication to the process, now stands at a lean 215 Lbs. Jason is a member of the British Columbia Power Lifting Association and holds a silver medal in the 93kg division.
